Our long-awaited announcement is finally here - we're finally moving into our new office!  Kristina spent over a year locating and acquiring the perfect location for our expansion, and we have been working on the renovations and interior updates since March.  As of two weeks ago Monday, we have been given the go-ahead by the town to move in and we are doing just that, and at breakneck speed!  We will begin taking clients at the new office on Tuesday, October 15th, which means that all appointments after that date will be at our new location.  Currently scheduled appointments between now and the 15th will still take place at the home location.

Save and input our new address into your GPS when coming to the new office.  Do not put our business name into your GPS or maps app yet, as it takes some time for address changes to update across the internet.

Now that we will be taking clients at our new location, Michael's availability is beginning to open up more!  This also means that, during the booking process, you have the option of picking your therapist.  You can also choose the option "Any team member," which will give you maximum availability to look through but will not guarantee your therapist of choice.  After you confirm your booking, you can see who your therapist is by checking your appointment confirmation email.  Your assigned therapist will be listed under "Appointment Details."

Michael is an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist and is specially trained in therapeutic modalities including Neromuscular Therapy and Erik Dalton Myoskeletal.  His days and hours, starting on October 15th, are:

Mondays, 11am-7pm
Tuesdays, 11am-7pm

Our scheduling provider, Fresha, recently rolled out a new feature which will help streamline operations on our end as well as help get you on the table sooner - the automatic Waitlist!  Join the waitlist and be notified as soon as an appointment becomes available on the date and time of your choosing.

An important side note: while this is indeed an exciting update, getting a spot on the waitlist does not guarantee that an appointment will become available that day.  As always, we recommend scheduling your sessions in advance to guarantee your spot on our tables.

Save the date: our Grand Opening Party and Open House will be on Saturday, November 9th!  Join us for treats, drinks, and tour our new facility.  The first 50 visitors will also receive goodie bags!

As announced in the September newsletter, we will have new pricing going into effect on November 1st: all sessions will now be priced the same and based off length of time. This will create more effective sessions for both clients and therapists, as well as make it possible to redeem gift certificates and packages on multiple services. There will also be a small increase for 60min and 90min sessions. This change will be reflected in all sessions currently scheduled.

We are very excited to announce that we area now offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) services! This is a gentle, hands-on bodywork modality that targets the lymphatic system, which plays a large role in overall health and immunity. Receiving these types of treatments is especially helpful if you have swelling, edema, are recovering from injuries or surgeries, and can help with skin-related issues such as acne, rosacea, or eczema. MLD is both a standalone service and can also be incorporated into the integrative therapeutic sessions. At the end of last year, we made the announcement that we would no longer be taking new tarot clients. Well, you asked and we listened! Due to continued interest from the public, we have brought these services back for all to book. You can find them again both on our website and through our booking software.
There has also recently been an interest in more in-depth and advanced energetic workings. If you have a particular need that Kristina, our head therapist and ordained priestess, may be able to assist with, please contact us directly.

Another two services that we announced would be discontinued for new clients this year - Swedish and Hot Stone Massage - will indeed be sticking around! Sometimes, the most healing thing for a person's soul is an hour of gentle bodywork. As we are committed to your health and well-being, we will continue to offer these services for all who may be in need.

At the beginning of April we will be implementing a small price increase to keep up with increased cost of living. Thank you for your understanding.

The old URL still exists, as many people may have that address saved/bookmarked.  It should now automatically forward to the new URL.
Currently the only issue seems to be that Google search results haven't yet updated, but I have already brought the change to Google's attention and hopefully the updates will occur shortly.

Attention all clients and potential clients:

As COVID-19 infection rates are increasing again, I am re-implementing the mask policy.  All clients, regardless of vaccination status, must be wearing a mask during their session.  You will be allowed to remove the mask while face down on the table, but the mask must be properly in place for all other parts of your appointment.

As some time has passed since New York State reached the proper benchmark for vaccination and lifted restrictions, I have decided that it is safe enough to also do so for my practice:

• Vaccinated clients now have the option to not wear a mask, with proof of vaccination.
  
• Unvaccinated clients are still required to wear a mask while on site and while face up during their sessions.
  
• Please note: as I do work out of my home I am still encouraging all my clients, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask during their sessions and while on site.
