Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork

A mixture of bodywork techniques - massage, soft tissue manipulation, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, cupping, and others - to reduce tension, stimulate structural change within the body for pain management and reduction, accident/injury/surgery recovery, increased range of motion, and more. The techniques utilized during treatment are determined by your priorities for the session. For deep tissue sessions, please add the Deep Tissue upgrade to your service.

Swedish Massage

The most common form of massage for general relaxation, using long, gliding strokes to relax the body and put the mind at ease. Swedish Massage enhances circulation, promotes deep relaxation, and has overall positive effects on the body.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage incorporates smooth, conduction-heated Himalayan salt stones into a custom full-body massage to melt away tension, ease sore muscles, and increase circulation, and the placement of the hot stones on key points of the body promotes deep muscle relaxation. Himalayan salt stones also lightly exfoliate and nourish the skin with minerals during treatment.
