Meet the Team
Kristina N. Murray, LMT - Owner & Lead Therapist
Expert John Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist
A Witch, Priestess, and Buffalo native, Kristina's dream is the mission statement of her practice: to change the world one person at a time through holistic healing and health. It was during her high school years that she developed an interest in massage therapy but instead decided to explore more conventional channels upon high school graduation. She attended the University of Buffalo for three years before transferring to Buffalo State College, where she studied for and attained a B.S. in Fashion and Textile Technology with a concentration in Apparel Design, graduating magna cum laude in the spring of 2013. The love of massage never left her, however, and in 2015 she decided to finally pursue massage as a career and attended the New York Institute of Massage. It was there that she learned many different massage techniques and modalities to aid her in her path as an Agent of Healing. She graduated and attained her massage license in 2017. Her private practice, Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts, naturally grew out of her passion for helping others, and in 2019 she took the big plunge and became her own boss full-time.
In 2019 she attended her first John Barnes Myofascial Release seminar and immediately knew that she needed to learn as much as she could and bring this modality to Buffalo. She studied extensively, attending as many seminars as she could, and in 2023 attained Expert Level Therapist status. Aside from her MFR studies, Kristina is also certified in many different therapeutic modalities including Cupping, IASTM, Kineseology Taping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
As a Witch and energy worker for the past 20+ years, Kristina is practiced in various energetic healing methods and has received attunements in Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, and Shamanic Reiki. She has experience with hands-on, hands-off in-person, and distance methods, and has taken sound healing trainings including attending intensive in-person trainings in SoulMonic™ Sonic Energy Medicine.
When she isn't working on clients or teaching workshops, Kristina is serving the community in other ways: she co-hosts monthly witchcraft and spiritual events at Rising Goddess. She also hosts a Death Cafe that engages the community in conversations around death, dying, end of life, and how we can all best prepare ourselves and our loved ones and make sure our wishes are known and honored in the best ways possible. She has two lovely cats, Monty and Nox, and one fur-child in spirit, Shay.

Michael Denike, LMT - Manager, Therapist & Mentor
Expert John Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist
Michael was born in Florida and raised on farmland in beautiful Clayton, GA. He moved back to Florida to pursue a degree in Photography at Daytona State College, where he successfully got an early career - while still in school - with the highly sought-after dance photography company, Exulting Images. His life went from sitting in a classroom to a life in the air, as he was flown from one state to the next photographing dancers during live performances, as well as setting up studios around the United States. After two years Exulting Images had him relocate to Charlotte, NC to work with the 9th largest dance studio in the US. It was with five years of an incredible photography career under his belt that he discovered a passion for rock climbing, which eventually turned into a part-time job working at Inner Peaks Climbing Gym. He went into his job interview knowing virtually nothing about this incredible sport, yet the very kind staff brought him on and thus began his love for a sport, a community, and adventures he never thought possible. When the time finally came, Michael was taken outside for his very first outdoor climbing experience to Pilot Mountain. The climb he looks back on most often was one called “Dude on the Corner," which had a moderate challenge rating and measured around 50ft in height. This was the climb that changed everything in Michael’s mind; getting caught in-between a literal and metaphorical rock and a hard place, he came to the realization he wanted to follow in his mother’s footsteps as a Medical Massage Therapist. That same day he applied to a massage school in Asheville, NC without a second thought. On the last day of school and immediately after receiving his graduation certificate, he returned to his family's home in Georgia to begin his training alongside his mother.
Training with his mother, Patti Denike, led him to be skilled in Thai Massage for better body mechanics, Neuromuscular Therapy to recognize pain patterns, John Barnes Myofascial Release to respect and listen to the body, Erik Dalton Myoskeletal to allow the body to rediscover its alignment, and Craniosacral Therapy to communicate with the nerves. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher, having completed his 250-hour Yoga teacher training in 2019, and in 2023 he attained his Expert Level Myofascial Release Therapist status.
