Myofascial ReleaseUnlike traditional massage, chiropractic, physical and other manual therapies, the John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach® specifically targets the fascial net, the connective tissue of the body that encapsulates, permeates, and penetrates everything down to the cellular level. Pain, range of motion limitations, posture and movement issues, and nerve compression may be caused by restrictions in the fascia. This overall gentle technique has shown great success in treating many different problems in the whole-body system.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage, created in the 1930's by Drs. Emil and Estrid Vodder, uses gentle techniques to target and open the lymphatic system. This full-body system is the closest organ system to the surface of our skin and plays an important role in the health of our immune system as well as overall well-being. Accidents, injuries, surgeries, traumas, pregnancy, age, and various forms of daily activity can restrict or block lymphatic flow, which can lead to swelling, edema, persistent skin issues, hair loss, infection, and a weakened immune response.
