An experienced energy worker of over 20 years, our head therapist Kristina is practiced in both in-person and distance healing as well as hands-on and hands-off techniques. She has studied various healing modalities, including magick and Witchcraft, universal diamond energy, Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, sound healing, and SoulMonic™ Sonic Energy Medicine. Depending on your specific needs, she may incorporate the use of various crystals, gemstones, scents, oils, or instruments during your session.

What Are Energy & Sound Healing?
Energy healing is a technique in which the practitioner accesses the client’s energy body to assess what disharmonies the client may be experiencing and suffering from. Sound healing utilizes the vibrations and frequencies of various instruments as amplifiers of healing intentions to assist with the removal and reharmonizing of the client's energy. Benefits of Energy & Sound Healing Sessions
During an energy or sound healing session, the practitioner is aiding the client's various energetic bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) in healing themselves. Some benefits of this work include, but are not limited to:

How is it Done?
Assessments and sessions can be done in-person, with both the practitioner and client present, or separately from the client, which is known as remote healing or distance healing. Sessions may be performed hands-on, in which the practitioner comes into physical contact with the client, or hands-off, where the hands are hovering slightly above the client’s body or moving withing or around their energy field. Distance/remote healing sessions are always hands-off, as there is a physical distance separating the practitioner and the client. Various tools such as crystals, pendulums, and instruments, are utilized during the session to assist with the work.
How should I Prepare/What should I Expect?
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, and make sure you're properly hydrated before your appointment. If you are wearing any jewelry or accessories that will distract you or be uncomfortable to lay on, please remove them prior to the session. Make sure that your phone is either silenced or off. Energy and sound healing sessions are performed with the client fully clothed on the massage table.
As these sessions may deal with difficult feelings or emotions, deep-seated personal issues, and traumas, it is possible that you may experience buried memories, memories of past lives, or an emotional release during our time together. Please know that this is a natural part of the healing process, and that Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts is a safe space for all clients.

In-Person Energy Healing
The session will begin with a short guided meditation to put the body and mind at ease, followed by an assessment of the seven major Chakras and the various energy fields. Blockages, overflows or other disharmonies will be noted and treated, and the center column will be flushed with energy to balance and re-harmonize the system. We will finish with a gentle reawakening of the body and mind to the physical world.

Distance Healing
Whether you are down the street or across the country, if you can't make it into the studio for any reason Kristina is still able to access, assess, and treat your energetic body. Distance Healing sessions include a client interview in which you disclose the problems you wish to be worked on, the energetic healing itself which may include tools such as candles, oils, meditative cards and crystals, and a follow-up phone call after the work has been completed.

SoulMonic™ Sonic Energy Medicine
More than just a sound bath or a guided sound meditation, SoulMonic™ Sonic Energy Medicine was developed by musician, healer, teacher, artist, and Shamanic practitioner Three Trees, mixing the science of sound with Shamanic energetic practices to more deeply aid a client along their healing journey. Various instruments, frequencies, crystals, and scents are utilized during a session, along with guided participation by the client. As your healing facilitator, Kristina will utilize the multitude of energetic, Witchcraft, and Shamanic practices that she has learned along with her sound healing and SoulMonic™ trainings to co-create a deeper healing experience with you and for you.

Private Group Sound Bath
A private sound bath session for up to 5 people in our event space. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear warm, comfortable clothes for your Sonic Energy Medicine experience. Please arrive 10min prior to your scheduled time to get settled in before the session begins.

Advanced Energy Work
Advanced participatory energy work, led by our lead therapist who is a Witch and Ordained Priestess. The working will be personalized to your needs, and may include any combination of the following: divination, candles, herbs, stones, incense, oils, visualization, guided meditation, shamanic journeying, and sound/music. This service is provided on a case-by-case basis and only available after a consultation.
